Sumac-Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 teaspoon ground sumac

1 teaspoon thyme leaves chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1 cup mayonnaise

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with grilled vegetables.
